PennyTalk Mobile requires BlackBerry Device Software v4.3 or higher (check Tools/About to find out which version you have) and active Voice and Data service plans on your BlackBerry. PennyTalk Mobile is not compatible with devices that run the BlackBerry 10 operating system.
Please note: An active international service plan on your BlackBerry is not required.
