connection fee is charged each time a call connects.
A 99¢ monthly service fee applies to all
accounts and is charged on each monthly anniversary
of activation. Standard rates apply for calls
made from Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin
Islands, and Canada. A 10¢ per minute surcharge
applies to calls made from Alaska. A 90¢
payphone operator recovery fee applies to each
phone card call made from a payphone. Calls
made from cell phones use airtime; cellular surcharges
may apply depending on your service plan. Calling
card rates and fees are subject to change without
